Sacramental Preparation
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults
This program is for those seeking baptism, Christians of other denominations wishing to join the Catholic Church and Catholics who have had little or no faith formation and wish to complete their sacraments.
Adult Confirmation
It’s never too late if you have not celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation. One should be confirmed before entering Marriage and one needs to be confirmed to serve as a godparent. Participation in Adult Formation programs serves as preparation for the sacrament.
Marriage Preparation
Couples are asked to contact the parish at least six months prior to the anticipated marriage date. Initial preparation begins with a meeting with the Adult Faith Formation Minister, then the Pastor.
Blessing of Marriages (Convalidation)
Not merely a renewal of vows for those who seek to have their marriage blessed by the church. The process is similar to those preparing for the Sacrament of Matrimony.
Continuing Faith Formation
Bible Study
Whether you are unfamiliar with the bible or know the Scriptures well, you are welcome to participate in our adult bible studies. They are offered often through the course of the year. In general, they are scheduled on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm and Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. Please check the parish bulletin for upcoming studies.
Marriage Renewal
Is a yearly retreat led by couples in the parish to deepen and celebrate marriage.
