Twice a year, parishioners from St. Vincent de Paul Parish collect basic needs items for Hospitality House, which opened in October 2000 to provide home, health and hope to women experiencing homelessness.
People from the community came together with the help of 12 churches in the area to establish this shelter at Lake Burien Presbyterian Church for single women experiencing homelessness. Hospitality House’s 90-day program lays the foundation for empowerment and success for a better future. It all begins with meeting the basic needs of clients (residents) – a bed, a hot meal, and a safe, stable environment.
See the list below for needs during December 2024. You can also purchase directly from Hospitality House's Amazon Wishlist through the button below. Thank you for your support!
