St. Vincent & St. Theresa will take a special collection Feb. 14-15 for PREPARES, a ministry started by our state's bishops to support families with children up to age 5, regardless of religious belief.

Our St. Vincent/St. Theresa PREPARES ministry assists families by helping meet essential needs.

The "Open Your Heart" campaign supports PREPARES statewide.

Feb. 18 is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. Ashes will be distributed at special Masses that day:

St. Vincent:  9 a.m., 12 noon, 5 p.m. & 7 p.m.

St. Theresa:  7 a.m. (English), 5 p.m. English & Spanish),  and  7 p.m. Spanish

Spend some time with the Lord in Eucharistic adoration  (new schedule as of 2-15-26):

• Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Vincent
• Thursdays, 6-6:45 p.m. at St. Theresa
• Fridays, 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Theresa
  

Join us for a presentation on "Suffering and Manhood," with time for adoration and prayer.

Suffering is a mystery that can bring us closer to God and help us grow in holiness. Deacon Eric Paige will focus on how men handle adversity and biblical values that teach us how to live in redemptive suffering. Deacon Eric is director of pastoral ministries at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Tacoma

and works part time for the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Join us on Fridays during Lent for meat-free dinners and fellowship. Dinners start Feb. 20:

• St. Vincent: 5-7 p.m. | Traditional fish fry
• St. Theresa: 5-6:30 p.m. | Menus include fish fries and Hispanic and Filipino cuisine.

Include the Stations of the Cross in your Friday evenings: 6 p.m. at St. Vincent, 7 p.m. at St. Theresa.

(Note: No dinners on Good Friday.)

We're collecting coats for men and women served by the Federal Way Adult Day Center.

The weekend of Feb. 21-22, marked boxes will be placed near the entrance of St. Theresa Church to accept your donations of men's and women's coats. (Note: No other clothing can be accepted.)

This coat drive is sponsored by the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Theresa.

This traveling exhibit, which includes a life-size replica of the shroud,

is coming to St. Theresa Parish at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 25.

Each weekday, join us at 8:30 a.m. for morning prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours, the Church's official prayer.

You can make prayer a bigger part of your life this year by joining the rosary group at St. Vincent!



We meet after the 9 a.m. Mass at St. Vincent on Mondays and Tuesdays to pray the rosary. On the last Monday of each month, we also have a fellowship brunch.

Are you bilingual? We need your help to serve our neighbors in need!

We when receive requests for assistance from those whose first language isn't English,

it's helpful if we can communicate in their preferred language.

We are seeking  the help of parishioners who can speak any of these languages:
